1. Administrative Assistant $14-16 HR
Must have 5+ years of experience, great communication skills, strong typing and data entry skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, bilingual in Spanish a plus. Responsible for answering multi line phones, taking accurate messages, greeting clients, handling all mail including FedEx and UPS, corresponding via email or letter, ordering supplies.

2. Administrative Support $14 HR
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft Office including strong experience in Excel. Responsible for creating spreadsheets, running reports, and handling all administrative duties.

3. Accounting Support $12-14 HR
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience, responsible for Accounts Receivable/ Payable, must have SAP experience, strong typing and data entry skills, and great Customer Service skills.

4. Ocean Export Coordinator $12-15 HR
Must have experience with ocean exports, great attention to detail and bilingual in Spanish.
