Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office file system
- Coordinate with various departments
- Process invoices and reconcile payments
- Input, track, and retrieve financial data
- Maintain all accounts payable vendors
- Prepare accounts payable checks and mail
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry
- Time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
